I am an attorney and am looking to go "digital" or in other words, I want to scan in all the paper and then just use paper for submissions, as a hard copy, but otherwise be able to work from anywhere in the world with the internet and a margarita (of course). In all seriousness though, I am a small solo law firm, so I need about 6000 scans a month I expect, and while quickness is not absolutely essential, it would be nice if it didn't take a whole month just to scan it in...
