Panasonic Photocopiers Lease
A Panasonic photocopiers lease can be the best decision for a small business or office looking to save money on a new copier. Panasonic has been a leader in electronic imaging reproduction for over 40 years, from cutting-edge consumer products like HD video cameras to business products like multifunction color photocopiers.
There are three basic sizes of black and white Panasonic photocopier you can choose from: photocopiers with a catch tray on the front face (e.g. the DP-2330), copiers with a catch tray on the side (e.g. the DP-3530) and machines with additional devices attached to the side that perform various functions (e.g. Panasonic DP-4530H). We’ve compared these three types of Panasonic photocopiers below.

The best Panasonic photocopier for a small business
For most small businesses, the DP-2330 or DP-3530 might be the best fit. The full name of this photocopier is the Panasonic WORKiO digital multifunction copier/network printer.
One of the best features of the DP-2330 is standard stackless duplexing, which lets you keep the original document as an image in memory if you are making double-sided copies. This cuts down on paper jams and overheating.
The warm-up time on this Panasonic photocopier is a quick 35 seconds and after the initial first copy speed of 4.5 seconds, it can print up to 23 copies per minute.
Features:
- Software/compatibility: Windows XP/2000/Server 2003, 98, Me, Windows NT 4.0, Novell 3x/4x/5x/Unix, Linux, AS/400

- Paper sizes: Standard, Ledger, Invoice
- Maximum Page Memory: 16MB

What the reviews say
- Several reviewers say that there are too many paper jams with this Panasonic photocopier – but that’s one of the most common complaints about all copy machines.
- This machine has no window to see paper levels in the printer.
- A few users found this model too noisy.
- The wingless design of the paper tray makes this machine easy to fit into smaller offices and home businesses.
How much does it cost?
Buying this photocopier refurbished will cost between $2,000 and $4,000, so leasing might be the best option for a small business. For a general, all-purpose entry-level small business photocopier, this is a reasonably inexpensive option compared to other Panasonic photocopiers and printers. If this copier sounds like a good fit, there are three other Panasonic photocopiers that are similar to it: DP-3030, DP-8025, DP-8032.
The best Panasonic photocopier for a medium-sized business
Because of its higher memory storage and ability to hold more paper, the DP-8035 would be an ideal fit for medium-sized offices. The full name of this copier is the Panasonic WORKiO digital multifunction copier.
This Panasonic photocopier and printer is slightly speedier than the DP-2330. It’s fitted with an automatic document feeder that can manage reversing sheets and duplexing.
What separates this printer from the DP-2330 is that it holds 2,150 sheets and has roughly 2x the memory capabilities, so it’s more ideal for a business with a larger number of employees constantly using the printer.
This printer is compatible with Windows and Mac OSX, although the latter is based around PostScript protocols. Although the model has no USB capabilities, the Ethernet interface makes it extremely easy to connect to a wired network connection and incorporate it into the LAN.
The resolution can also be set with 256 steps of grayscale gradation. The toner is good for roughly 38,000 copies before replacement. There is a side catch tray on this model.
Features:
- Speed: 35 ppm
- Document Feeder: Reversing Automatic Document Feeder
- Security: Enhanced
- Paper Capacity: 2,150 Sheets
- Storage: 40GB HDD
- Extra Features: Tandem Copy, Concurrent Copy, Remote Copy, Security Print
How much does it cost?
Although this model has been discontinued, you can still get refurbished ones at anywhere between between $3,000 and $5,000. Or you can lease this model from an authorized Panasonic copier dealer. If this copier sounds like a good fit, you should also check out the DP-3530 which is similar to this model.
The best Panasonic photocopier for offices with 100+ employees
One of the most powerful Panasonic multifunction photocopiers, the DP-8060 Panasonic multifunction copier/network printer is optimal for a busy office with more than 100 employees.
The DP-8060 has all the standard features of the previous photocopiers, but comes with powerful upgrades which are more useful in very large office where potentially hundreds of staff are using the printer. There is a 60 ppm reversing automatic document feeder, duplexing, network scan, Internet fax, developer and drum. Because of its large capacity it also comes with advanced network and job management capability as well as enhanced security features that make it easy to manage hundreds of users for the administrator.
Although the power on time is a few minutes, the potential copy speed is impressively almost twice that of the DP-8035 at 60 cpm. The 2,150 sheet capacity also includes a 50-sheet bypass tray that can reduce the risk of paper jams. The catch tray on this model is on the side of the unit.
The 40GB HDD in the Panasonic photocopier/printer also provides a variety of useful functions: tandem copy, concurrent copy, remote copy, security print, mailbox print as well as PostScript resident font storage (with an option). This printer runs on Windows operating systems.
How much does it cost?
This Panasonic copier costs between $7,000 and $8,000. You can also choose to lease it from an authorized Panasonic copier dealer. This machine is similar to the following Panasonic copiers: DP-4530, DP-4530H, DP-6030, DP-6030H, and the DP-8045.

I'd like a user friendly Panasonic photocopier machine or other copier with a three (3) year lease. I have leased for the past thirty years Sharp, Panasonic, Minolta, etc. Want something that’s simple to operate, outstanding resolution. Most recent lease cost $218.00 for a three (3) year term. One year warranty parts and labor. No service contract.

Needing to replace a Panasonic 7824 photocopier. We use this machine for minor jobs. Looking into possibly utilizing for making our newsletters that go out bi-monthly to about 800-1000 customers. (currently utilize a risograph for that but it is old and not able to replace parts if broken). Being a Government office we are required to obtain at least 3 product quotes.
